Meet Our Team Lead
Dade Accounting Solutions is led by Norma Figueroa, a seasoned accounting and operations professional with over 15 years of experience across both public and private sectors. Norma began her career as a bookkeeper for a small underground utility business that quickly scaled into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. She played a key role in building out its accounting department, navigating growth, acquisitions, storm recovery work, and intercompany financials.

Norma holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Florida International University and is a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. She is currently pursuing both her CPA license and a Master’s in Accounting. She is also PMP & MOT certified, giving her a unique edge in project-based environments.

Driven by a passion for problem-solving, Norma founded Dade Accounting Solutions to support entrepreneurs and field-based businesses in building smart, scalable, and paperless systems.
